Caroline Palmer is a freelance arts writer based in the Twin Cities. She currently contributes to Twin Cities publications, mainly the Star Tribune. She began writing on the arts at Paper Magazine in New York City during the early 1990's. Caroline is also an attorney and an adjunct professor.
